Ok. I hate seeing shit like this on tumblr.…

1. Touch up paint on the walls.
2. Paint cabinets white
3. Paint backsplash a bright color probably teal
4. Paint countertops black or brownish color. 
5. Repaint doors to laundry area white.
6. If the brown bag flooring worked for front entry way. Tear up vinyl flooring and put in the brown bag flooring. Or even figure out how to do it over the top of the old vinyl. 
7. Reupholster the dining chairs.

So I haven’t been on here much, but I decided to use my tumblr to organize myself in my home transformation, that I’ve been trying to do lately. So I’m using it as a check list. I’m doing my living room first, so the following is a list for my living room:

1. Finish painting my white rug. Painting it totally green, then adding white chevron stripes to it. Tried just adding green chevron stripes, didn’t work out so well because I just tried using a cardboard stencil and it made a mess. Will tape out pattern when doing the white stripes next time instead.
2. Paint Coffee table - paint it blackish/dark brown color. Then mod podging this fabric onto the top underneath the glass portion. 
3. Paint Bookcase - paint it the same blackish/dark brown color. Mod Podge the same fabric as coffee table unto the back of it. 
4. Create Pillow Covers for couch using a mixture of different fabrics. 
5. Storage boxes for Entry way to store shoes from ikea - maybe add some fabric to the front to add some pizzazz.
6. Paint Key Holder thing on wall in entry way - bright color?
7. Wall Shelving - from ikea - by the tv cause god knows we need the extra shelves
8. Puppy Print Wall decor - By the side 
9. Sunburst Mirror Wall Decor - 
10. String Wall Art for over couch area - maybe with fabric birds attached to it.
11. Striped floor in entry way using vinyl tape 
12. Touch up paint in stairway
13. Patch hole in wall by heater in hallway.
14. Now, this will be a BIG project, so I’m saving it for last, but I want to test it out here before doing it to the kitchen - soooo - Tear up vinyl flooring in entry way and put down the brown bag flooring.
